Miami's Jungle Island Set to Undergo Multi-Million Dollar Renovation and Expansion.


South Florida's dilapidated Jungle Island zoological theme park formerly known as Parrot Jungle, has finally decided to sell it's terrain to new well-heeded owners for a whopping total of $60 million dollars. According to NBC 6 News, The 18-acre attraction on Watson Island in Miami has been acquired by its new owners of ESJ Capital and the new owners have announced plans to transform the landmark attraction into an eco-adventure destination complete with its own private beach club. This new refurbished theme park will now feature zip lining, new water slides, enhanced food service facilities, and many more restorations which will be formulated over time. The renovations for this new Jungle Island theme park are estimated to take between two years for completion.
