Miami Accepts Proposal to Become the Nations First Fully Integrated Smart City.


The City of Miami has accepted an advantageous proposal for the South Florida community, by granting access to an uplifting technological project proposed by Civiq Smartscapes. According to NBC 6 Miami, The county approved the installation of 300 free wifi kiosks throughout South Florida, including Miami International Airport and the Port of Miami. The project when finished will supply South Florida residents with the highest quality of wifi connectivity throughout the entire nation. The up front cost to begin this project is suspected to be in the $20 million dollar range.
