Miami Planning to Ban Red Light Cameras.

Miami being one of the most substandard city's to drive in, has passed bill HB 4027, which prohibits local governments from using red light cameras in Miami Dade County. The bill was passed by State Representative Frank Articles, whom believes that the cameras do not improve safety on the roads and are simply used for monetary gain by our local governments. Although the city awaits such a necessitated proposal, the bill still needs to pass by the House Appropriations Committee to go into full effect. Miami drivers could soon find relief from disposing of their hard earned money, to pay for unwarranted traffic tickets that have always been evaluated as unconstitutional.
